Mode of Action:
Metaldehyde functions by disrupting the mucus production and water balance in slugs and snails. Upon ingestion or contact, it causes excessive mucus secretion leading to rapid dehydration, paralysis of the nervous system, and ultimately death. This mode of action is highly specific to mollusks.

Application Guidelines:
• Timing: Apply in the early morning or evening when slug and snail activity is highest.
• Rate: Use 20-25 kg per hectare. Adjust the rate based on pest pressure.
• Method: Broadcast the granules evenly over the soil surface. Do not apply directly to edible crop parts.
