Physical and chemical properties: colorless crystal with a melting point of 111-112℃;
vapor pressure of 0.25mPa (20℃); density of 1.2 (20℃); solubility (20℃) of 0.012mg/L
in water, 460mg/L in ketones, 110g/L in benzene, 390g/L in xylene, 57g/L in ethanol, 320g/L
in cyclonhexane, 63g/L in n-octanol, and 10g/L in n-hexane; unstable to light, but stable with
pH 4, 7, 9 and in organic solvents (50℃), for 90 days.
Uses: a broad-spectrum contact miticide that may be used to prevent and control various kinds of phytophagous pest mites;
a very good effect on the growth period of mites, including egg, protonymph, nymph, and adult and
has obvious quick-killing effect on adult mites in the mobile stage;
not affected by temperature changes and may achieve a satisfactory effect in both early spring and autumn.
